Hello everybody! I'm Theo Schmidt and WHPVA representative for Future Bike Switzerland. I was briefly chairman before Richard Ballantine, when the WHPVA was still called IHPVA and was a kind of unofficial vice-chairman/secretary/webmaster from time to time. I was briefly the editor of the journal Human Power and presently the the editor of Human Power eJournal. [http://hupi.org/HPeJ/ This is run by the Human Power Institute (HuPI) on behalf of the WHPVA. HuPI was was invented and founded by Richard Ballantine with help from David Gordon Wilson, John Snyder, Brian Wilson and John (Elrey) Stephens.
I am also active on this Wiki for Pro Velo Switzerland in a group disscussing the implications of new legislation for power-assisted cycles.
