Hello everybody!
This Wiki was created around 2003 by Brian Wilson (technical) and Richard Ballantine (content). It was used until mid-2005 for WHPVA board administration. Then Neil Carter provided a web/email forum for this purpose, but lost the entire content in a server crash. This Wiki was also lost, but a backup allowed its reconstruction by Christian Schweingruber in 2007. It got many new pages in French. In 2009 massive spam attacks led to the loss of all previous Discussion and History pages. I have tried to maintain content since then as best I could.
